Winter
Winter season is healthy and beautiful. All Indians eagerly wait for this season. During the cold days, very few rays of the sun fall on the earth. This keeps the earth's atmosphere cool. During this period, snow falls in the northern region and cold winds begin to flow from the northern region during this period. It is because of this cold air that the winter season starts all over India.
Winter season starts from November but severe cold falls from December to January. According to the Marathi month, winter is in the months of Kartik, Margashirsha, Paush and Magh. Winter season is different from other seasons. During this season, the days are short and the nights are long. In this season mornings are foggy. Because of which nothing is visible in front.
I love winter season very much. As it is very cold in this season, all people wear sweaters, scarves, hats, coats etc. In the morning, there is no desire to leave the quilt. As the environment is cool and beautiful during this season, exercise is advised to stay healthy. During this season, I wake up every morning to exercise and run. During this period the morning school time is changed from 10 to 4.
In winter, people sit on the terrace of the house in the afternoon. The heat of the sun protects us from the cold. Heat that is unwanted in summer becomes desirable in winter. As evening approaches, the urge to get into the quilt begins. People like to eat favorite hot food. After a hot meal, it's a different kind of fun to fall asleep watching television programs.
On cold days, cold air blows from all sides. Due to which children and old people have to be careful. Elderly as well as children are prone to catch cold and cough due to low immunity. A farmer works all day during winter days. He can work more in winter than in summer. Everyone stays healthy in winter. Digestion is good during this period. Exercising during this season is good for health.
Many things can be enjoyed during the winter season as per our preferences. Sports like ice skating, ice bathing, ice hockey, skiing etc. are played. During this season we should do maximum exercise and eat nutritious food for healthy health.
