If there was no mirror
Mirrors are used in every field today. Mirror is an important thing in daily life. Nowadays every household has a mirror. Mirrors range in size from small to large, some are so small that you can fit them in your purse, while in some places, giant mirrors are installed on tall buildings.
In our daily lifestyle we are using many such essential things without which a smooth life is not possible. But since childhood these things are around us, we don't realize their importance. One such useful thing is a mirror. Arshya is called Mirror in English and Shisha in Hindi.
Every person who steps out of the house, be it a man or a woman, looks at his face in the mirror at least once. Girls studying in college as well as working girls have a mirror in their purse. Even a young man riding a motorcycle does not forget to look at himself in the mirror of the bike. The bottom line is that we are incomplete without a mirror. But have you ever thought that if there was no mirror...? What would have happened?
If there was no mirror, man would have been at a great disadvantage. The most important thing is that he could not have known his own color form. Going to an interview or a wedding ceremony would have been impossible. Again and again we had to ask someone else how we looked. If there was no mirror, the decorative work would have felt incomplete in many places. Mirrors are essential when going to a photo studio as well as a hair cutting parlour. Today there are many inventions due to mirrors around the world. The laws of light in physics can be understood because of mirrors. Many scientists give an important place to the mirror in their studies. Apart from this, if there was no mirror, it would have been a big inconvenience even while driving. He would have had to turn his back to see what was coming from behind. In this way, the number of accidents would have increased.
Not having a mirror would have caused us many losses. But it would have been beneficial for some people. People who are ugly in appearance or whose face is damaged due to some reason are benefited by it. Not knowing what their face looks like, they would not have developed a feeling of inferiority.
But no matter what, the disadvantages of not having a mirror outweigh the advantages. Therefore, if there was no mirror, human life would have remained fragmented. Mirror is an integral part of our life. But it would be better if we human beings focus on our work instead of looking at ourselves in the mirror again and again.
